Toning & Conditioning
At Tidal Wave we offer multiple 45-minute sculpt-style classes that use low weights or strictly bodyweight exercises to tone, tighten, and engage specific muscles. These classes feature high repetitions with the goal of creating long, lean muscle definition rather than bulk.
We offer several variations including HIIT 30 and HIIT and Sculpt (which incorporate more intense cardio and interval training on the bikes) as well as Heated Sculpt (which requires less cardio and focuses on mat exercises for the majority of class). Class size is limited to eight individuals to ensure proper instruction and form correction.
Perfect for those seeking toned, defined muscles without bulk. Ideal for anyone who enjoys high-rep training, wants to improve muscular endurance, or prefers lighter weights and bodyweight exercises. Great complement to cardio workouts.
